The service was quick and the room was nice. The restaurant staff was very courteous and I was able to receive my to-go meal very quickly.

property was easy to access from airport, provided shuttle and had safe long term parking for our vehicle. hotel was clean and comfortable for a night after a long trip.

The hotel is close to the MIA airport, which was the reason for our booking. The accessibility is really very easy and the parking (we had a rental car) is very good. Check-in was smooth and standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is a bit in the years and could use renovations here and there. The cleanliness, speziel in the corridors, is poor. A cleaning crew could really use the vacuum cleaner at least once a day to keep things clean, that would be expected of the Hilton hotel. The rooms were appropriate for the age of the hotel, but the beds are very good. For a quick overnight stay or for a two day stay, an absolute good option. The outside pool and the surrounding area are nice, but very noisy due to the airplane traffic. However, the noise is to be accepted, since this hotel is located near the airport.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the dining and bar staff. The room was clean and fresh and we had a beautiful view of the pool, lagoon, and waterfront. Overall, it was great.
